- Responsible for the outward communication in the form or letter or email to investors notifying about the completion of processing.
- Responsible for the end to end investor request and ownership to complete the investor request as expected within the TAT.
- Responsible to process all transactions with zero defects.

- To work on resolving investor queries /requests/ complaints
- Coordinate with the teams for resolving the queries within the TAT
