Job Description : Senior Medical Coders

Exp :: 1 - 8 years

Specialty Experience

Strong Surgery Background with 1 - 4 YRs experience at Senior level Coders
CPC , CCI , CCS Certification is Mandate
Candidate with Surgery coding is required
Candidate for the position Team Lead Strong ED & ER background is required

Essential Skills / Roles and Responsibilities:

1 . Should have a very good knowledge in Coding .

2. Need to meet up the metrics per client SLAs

3. Ensure all emails are being acknowledged and responded in a timely manner.

4 . Perform CAPA on customer complaints if any and act proactively

5. Escalate any challenges to TL/Client

6. Maintain internal trackers and reports on production and quality

7. Ensure to comply HIPAA and ISO standards

8. Ensure to take up the mandatory courses

9. Attend training programs to improve the skill set and apply effectively on the job
